Meditation is a daily practice for me—it calms my mind, provides clarity, and helps me approach life from a place of love and joy. Just as brushing your teeth is a routine necessity, meditation is essential for mental and emotional well-being. It connects you to your inner peace, a tranquil space we all have access to, amidst the chaos of daily life.

My Meditation/Relaxation Zoom sessions offer a chance to find calm and clarity from the comfort of your own home. You can join individually or with family and loved ones (one link covers everyone in your home). I'll also share practical tips to help you maintain a peaceful mindset in your daily life.

  • Monthly subscription (unlimited sessions): £12 per month
